Call recordings contain people who never signed up for Cadenvar Qualify. This page covers recording notice and what Cadenvar Qualify does not have.

As the party recording a call, you must give notice that it is recorded. Some US states require every participant to consent, so assume the stricter rule when participants are in different states. Every upload asks you to confirm you gave notice. This is not legal advice; ask your own counsel.

Cadenvar Qualify is built for US use and English-language calls. Calls in regulated contexts, such as health or consumer financial advice, or calls with minors, should not be uploaded.

What we do not have.

  • No SOC 2 report.
  • No ISO 27001 certification.
  • No HIPAA arrangement, so do not upload health data.
  • No third-party penetration test.
  • No single sign-on (SSO or SAML).
