Frequently asked questions
Do we need a new recorder?
No. Cadenvar Qualify works from recordings or transcripts you already have. You upload an audio or video file, or paste or import a transcript from the tool you use today. It never joins your calls.
We already use a call recorder. Why would we want this?
Keep it. A recorder captures and summarizes each call. Cadenvar Qualify reads every call on a deal and shows which parts of the qualification are still missing and what to ask next. If you already have scorecards set up and working in another tool, you may not need this.
Is this just ChatGPT?
You could prompt a model yourself. Cadenvar Qualify adds the deal-level view across all calls on a deal, quotes checked against the transcript, gaps turned into next-call questions, and CRM-ready fields, without building or maintaining any of it.
Can the AI be wrong?
Yes. That is why every finding carries a quote you can check, why missing means missing rather than a guess, and why a person should review each report before anyone acts on it.
Who is responsible for recording consent?
You are, as the party recording the call. You need to give notice that the call is recorded, and some US states require every participant to consent. Assume the stricter rule when participants are in different states. Uploads require you to confirm you have given notice. This is not legal advice; ask your own counsel.
Does it connect to HubSpot?
There is no direct HubSpot connection. Cadenvar Qualify produces CRM-ready field updates that you can export as CSV or copy and paste into HubSpot. Nothing is written to your CRM automatically. For Salesforce and other CRMs, use the CSV.
What if we do not follow a framework strictly?
Most teams do not. The report shows which elements of the Cadenvar Qualify model your calls cover naturally and which they skip. If you use a very different framework, this is not a fit.
Which languages and industries does it handle?
English-language calls only. It is built for US use. It is not meant for calls in regulated contexts such as health or consumer financial advice, or calls with minors.
