Cadenvar Qualify output can be wrong

Cadenvar Qualify uses AI to analyze call transcripts. AI can misread a call, miss context or be wrong. Every finding carries a quote so it can be checked, but a person should review each report before anyone acts on it.

Cadenvar Qualify produces drafts and suggestions. Follow-up emails are drafts and are never sent automatically. CRM-ready field updates are exported or pasted by you. Nothing is written to your CRM automatically.

Reports are sales-process aids, not forecasts and not guarantees about any deal.

If you upload a recording or transcript, you are responsible for having given notice of recording and for having any consent the law requires. Some US states require every participant to consent. Cadenvar Qualify does not record calls and cannot confirm your notice was given.
