Privacy notice

Effective 2026-10-11. This notice covers the website at cadenvar.com. It is run by Neil Magambo, an individual doing business as Cadenvar ("Cadenvar", "we").

What we collect. This site has no accounts, no forms and no analytics. We do not use cookies or similar tracking technology. If you switch the site between light and dark mode, your browser saves that choice on your device; it is not sent to us. When you visit, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages), processes technical data such as your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user agent to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare keeps this data for periods it sets, described in its privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. We do not combine this data with other data or use it to identify you.

If you email us. If you write to hello@cadenvar.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and what you write. The message passes through our domain's email forwarding service and our email provider. We use it only to reply and keep it only as long as needed for that conversation, then delete it. Please do not send sensitive personal information or call recordings by email.

Sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. We disclose it only if the law requires it.

Do Not Track. We do not track visitors across sites, so we treat every visitor the same whether or not the browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

Your choices. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email hello@cadenvar.com. We answer within 45 days.

Children. This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes. If we change this notice, we post the new version here with a new effective date.
