From recording to report.

Nine steps, each one checkable. You stay in control of what is uploaded, what is sent and what goes into your CRM.

Steps

  1. Confirm recording notice

Before an upload, you confirm that you gave notice that the call was recorded. Consent is your responsibility as the party recording the call, and some US states require every participant to consent. This is not legal advice.

  2. Upload a recording or paste a transcript

Upload an audio or video file, or paste or import a transcript (TXT, VTT or SRT) from the tool you already use. Cadenvar Qualify does not record calls and never joins a meeting.

  3. Get a transcript

Audio is transcribed by a speech-to-text provider. Speakers are labeled by the transcript or named by a person.

  4. Qualification analysis with quotes

Cadenvar Qualify finds what the call established for Situation, Pain, Impact, Critical event and Decision (criteria, process and people), and marks each confirmed, partial or missing. Every finding carries a quote, and each quote is checked against the transcript text. If the call did not establish something, it says missing rather than guessing.

  5. Gaps and next-call questions

Each gap becomes a specific question to ask on the next call, so the rep knows what to close.

  6. Action items and an email draft

You get action items from the call and a follow-up email draft. The draft is never sent automatically. You edit it and send it yourself.

  7. CRM-ready export

Field updates are prepared so you can export them as CSV or copy and paste them into HubSpot. Nothing is written to your CRM automatically.

  8. Insights across calls

With several calls in, you can see patterns, such as which elements your team covers well and which it tends to skip.

  9. A person reviews the output

AI can be wrong. A person on your team should review every report before anyone acts on it.
